About

I am a retired professional with 17 years of experience in state government, including service on the Brighton Town Council and the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (DABC). Before the government service, I served 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Master Sergeant.

During my tenure with the Town, State, and U.S. Army, I held multiple positions that required the application of federal and state laws, personnel management, budget forecasting, accounting, and program development. I think that understanding state laws and county ordinances is critical as Brighton moves forward.
